Lamb Stew With Leeks and Artichokes over Barley

My house smells good and the family is in heaven over this dish. Rated 4 forks by Epicurious and 9 reviewers, 100% would make again.  Browned boneless leg of lamb bathed in leeks, parlsey, garlic, thyme and lemon zest then braised for hours in artichoke juice and broth.  Artichokes added at the end to finish and served over barley.

    This was a delicious dinner! I highly recommend it. The lovely taste of lamb, with a hint of lemon. Wonderful, hearty, comforting stew – and it heats up easily on the stove or in the oven. I’m laid up with a broken foot, but my family enjoyed a wonderful dinner tonight thanks to Chef Dawn.
