A popular dish that is not too sweet and not too sour.  Boneless, skinless chicken breast that is sauteed then simmered with onions, peppers, apricot nectar and dried apricots.  Served with cauliflower and bulgur wheat.  Low glycemic index, low fat, dairy free, casein free, gluten free (made with rice for  GF clients).
