Tempeh is made by a natural culturing fermentation process that binds soybeans into a cake form. Like tofu, tempeh is made from soybeans, but tempeh is a whole soybean product with different nutritional characteristics and textural qualities (per Wikipedia). In this dish, the tempeh is boiled then stir fried with lots of fresh vegetables and tossed with a peanutty sauce. Served with brown rice. Contains peanuts and soy.
