This vegetarian and dairy dish has onion, green pepper, garlic, lentils, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning in the filling. The topping is like corn bread made with cornbread mix, creamed corn, cheddar cheese, milk and an egg. One of my original recipes and always a pleasure!!!
