The BEST Brisket Chili EVER

This recipe is on Epicurious.com and is the recipe that Cliff Huxtable talks about in the first episode of The Cosby Show in 1988. It gets better as it sits in the fridge. The best with traditional chili toppings but goat cheese puts it over the edge! Made with ancho chilies, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, brisket, oil, tomatoes in juice, chipotle chiles in adobo, cilantro, onion, oregano, beer and pinto beans. $20 per quart.
